Zambito Heart Center’s Secure Patient Portal is now available to all patients. You can check appointment times, access medical records, send secure messages to the office and more via an SSL encrypted connection. Access the Secure Patient Portal.
First time users should click the “New User” link below the login button to register. You are then asked to provide five pieces of information to authenticate your identity:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address
If the information you provide matches the information in our records, an email will be sent to you with a password and additional instructions. If you are unable to access the site please ask to confirm your information by phone or the next time you visit the office and we will be happy to update our records. In fact, a great time to setup access is when you are at our office so that you can confirm the necessary registration information is up to date and accurate in our electronic health records system. After the initial setup, you will be able to login with just your email address and password.
