Step 2: Fill out forms before coming
You will receive an email with a link to fill out a few intake forms. Please do this at home so you can get the most out of your hour with the doctor.
Step 3: Come to your 1 hr appointment
This is a full evaluation that may or may not result in recommending TMS for your particular case. We are very selective in choosing who is a good candidate for TMS. We may not recommend TMS for you. We don't make decisions for you, we educate you to make the best decisions for yourself.
Step 4: Request insurance cover
If TMS is right for you and you would like to proceed, then we will help submit a prior authorization request to your insurance company to cover your treatment.
Step 5: Schedule TMS sessions
Once your TMS therapy is approved by insurance, we will call you to schedule your sessions.

Why is the initial consultation free?
To raise awareness about TMS. We don't use our marketing budget to run TV commercials. Instead, we provide free education for patients interested in learning about this cutting edge medical technology.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment as long as you give a 24 hours notice.
Do you have a "no-show" policy?
We don't charge a penalty for no show. But we won't offer another free TMS consultation.
Do you see patients for medication management?
No. We don't see patients for the reason of medication management.
